Confidence is key. I'll reach out and help you plan and prepare for our session together. Together, we’ll craft a detailed plan, ensuring every moment is set up for success. I’ll guide you through timelines and creative ideas for a seamless experience.

Capture the Magic
With the groundwork laid, it’s time to capture the magic and have fun. My laid-back approach helps you relax and enjoy the moment. From intimate portraits to spontaneous moments.
Step 4:
The Grand Reveal
I worked the magic after we're done as quickly as possible. Portrait sessions are completed and revealed online with 21 days. Weddings are within 45 days. I'll work with you on an special order requests, albums or art you'd prefer.

How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?I recommend booking your wedding photographer as soon as you have your date and venue secured. This is typically 9-12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season.

How many photos will we receive?The number of photos you receive depends on the length of coverage and the nature of your event. I am a quality over quantity production due to the diligent nature of our photography preparation and execution. You will review every image taken on site so that you can be sure you are satisfied and have what you need.

How long does it take to receive our photos?I always strive to get your images to you as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality. We offer 2-3 week expedited delivery of your final products as a standard delivery on sessions and within 45 days for weddings.

Do you provide retouching services?Yes, all of our delivered photos are edited for color correction, exposure, and cropping. We provide a complete full color collection of high resolution photos and we duplicate those into black and white. Some photos look better in color, some in black and white. We provide both.

Can we provide a shot list or request specific photos?Absolutely! As part of our planning process and collaboration with you, I encourage you to share any specific requests or must-have shots with me. I will work with you to ensure we capture all the important moments and details you want.

Do you travel for destination weddings?Yes, I love traveling for destination weddings! Happy to discuss how I offer destination weddings with my clients. Reach out and send me a message.

What if it rains on our wedding day?If it rains for a schedule session, we can rebook the session to the next available date. For weddings, I'll be sure to work with you on available options and how we can still take great photos with the rain.

Can we meet you before booking?Of course! If you're local to Folsom, we can meet up and discuss ideas and plans, otherwise we can do a zoom call and virtual meet and greet.

Do you have insurance?Yes, I am insured. This includes liability insurance, which many venues require from wedding photographers.

Will you be the photographer at our wedding?Yes, when you book Chris Pritchard Studios, Chris will be your main photographer. If a second photographer is needed for your wedding, I can coordinate that with you as an added option.

Do you offer videography services?While we specialize in photography, I can offer video services from my trusted network or artists.
