Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This is a guarantee of business. The remaining balance 7 Days before the scheduled session, if session is scheduled within 7 days, the balance is due in full. Payments can be made via credit card, check, bank transfer, or PayPal. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the event. A $25 rescheduling fee applies. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable. Travel and Accommodation For events outside a 50-mile radius of Folsom, CA, travel and accommodation fees will apply. Please contact us for a custom quote. Image Delivery: Image previews will be available within 48 hours of the event. All photos are delivered with 21 days, except for weddings. Rights and Usage: Chris Pritchard Studios retains the copyright to all images. Images are granted licensed to you for personal use, print or duplication. Images may not be altered, edited, modified in any way without express consent from the copyright owner, per United States Copyright Laws, Title 17, Chapter 2. https://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap2.html Clients receive full print and online distribution rights for personal use. Commercial use requires additional licensing. Per copyright law. Additional Services and Products: Any add-ons or additional services must be requested and paid for prior to or on the schedule session date.
